Operating a Mini-Excavator - Introduction

If you've never operated an excavator, and/or perhaps even feel a little intimidated, then you need to sign up for this session!

This supervised, 2-hour, hands-on group practice session is for the complete beginner - 0 hours experience. You gain hands-on experience of operating the machine under the supervision and guidance of our experienced operators. 

Items covered include:- 

- Job preparation

- Machine checks & maintenance

- Safety & site awareness

- Excavator controls and basic machine operation

- Loading & Unloading

- Devising an excavation strategy

- Moving the machine

The sessions are held onsite in Kiama. Full details will be emailed upon sign-up.
